twenty-one and twenty six years ago respectively. They have both traveled
to and lived in many countries but for the past twelve years have made
the seaside town of Hua Hin in Thailand their home. |

Their work is split into two distinct groups; figurative sculptures and
unique mirror frames.
Elizabeth and Jorn usually produce the originals of their sculptures
in plaster, or wax, these are then cast in bronze using the lost wax process.
The final cast sculpture is either colored with a patina or gilded by
Elizabeth and Jorn with gold or silver leaf which they age, thus many
of their pieces seem to capture the enduring attraction of antiquities
that have been caressed by time. |

Poseidon, mermaids, harpies........ Coleridge. |

A versatile chemical ceramic used on a background of wood is what they
commonly use for their mirror frames to produce an interesting mix of
designs, a radiant sun, a cascade of leaves, a gilt geometric design. |
